Puzzle Yaho ("we", "the app") is a spot-the-difference puzzle game published by Miracle Story. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show ads, and process purchases.

1. Information we collect

Guest ID — a random identifier generated on your device when you first open the game. It is not linked to your name, email address, or phone number, and no account or login is required to play.
Game data — your puzzle progress, scores, play time, level, and an optional nickname you choose. If you set a nickname, it is shown publicly on that puzzle's leaderboard alongside your clear time.
Purchase records — when you buy coins, we store the product purchased, the Google Play purchase token, and the resulting coin balance, so the purchase can be verified and credited exactly once.
Basic technical info — platform (web or app) and language preference, used to run and localize the game.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or files.

2. Advertising

The app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional — you choose whether to watch one in exchange for coins.

To serve and measure ads, AdMob collects data directly from your device. This typically includes your advertising ID (AAID), device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions with the ads shown. This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive your advertising ID.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), which limits ad personalization.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number or billing address — Google handles payment entirely. We receive only the purchase token, which our server sends back to Google to confirm the purchase is genuine before crediting your coins.

4. How we use your data

To save and restore your puzzle progress across sessions and devices.
To show rankings and leaderboards for Giant puzzles.
To display the game in your language.
To credit coins from purchases and rewarded ads, and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent credits (including a daily limit on rewarded ads).

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Game data is stored on our own server (puzzleyaho.com) solely to operate the game. Data is shared only as follows:

6. Security and retention

All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption. Data tied to your guest ID is kept while you use the game. Purchase records are kept as long as required for refund handling and accounting.

7. Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email miracle3415@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - Puzzle Yaho", and we will delete the records associated with your guest ID and reply to confirm. See the data deletion page for details.

8. Children

The game is intended for general audiences aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.

퍼즐야호는 게임 구동·광고·결제에 필요한 최소한의 데이터만 수집합니다. 기기에서 생성되는 게스트 ID(이름·이메일·전화번호와 무관), 게임 진행·점수·플레이시간·선택한 닉네임, 구매 기록(구글 플레이 구매 토큰), 플랫폼·언어를 수집하며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·정확한 위치·연락처·사진은 수집하지 않습니다. 로그인은 필요 없습니다.

광고: 구글 애드몹 광고가 표시되며, 애드몹이 기기에서 광고 ID·기기 정보·IP 기반 대략적 위치를 직접 수집합니다(구글의 개인정보처리방침 적용, 저희는 광고 ID를 받지 않습니다). 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

결제: 구글 플레이 결제로 처리되며 카드번호는 저희가 보지도 저장하지도 않습니다. 구매 토큰만 받아 구글에 위조 여부를 확인한 뒤 코인을 지급합니다.

공개: 닉네임을 설정한 경우에만 해당 퍼즐 순위표에 닉네임과 기록이 공개됩니다. 데이터는 판매하지 않습니다. 통신은 전 구간 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 만 13세 이상 대상이며, 삭제 요청은 miracle3415@gmail.com로 하시면 처리됩니다.
